Our vision is to create a new standard in customer service and satisfaction for homeowner associations and the residents they serve. While we serve multi-family communities we realize communities are made of individuals. Limiting the number of properties served by each of our property managers demonstrates our commitment to focus on both.
Leadership Team
John Wittman – President & CEO
A graduate of Bowling Green State University, John Wittman earned his degree in construction technology in 1983. With education grounded in engineering and technology and having extensive experience as a business manager, John channels his linear, systemic thinking and logic to benefit those he serves. He began his career working for strong, well organized companies that embraced best practices and consistently met their goals. John later served companies believed to be under-performing in the roles of General Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive, meeting or exceeding expectations and delivering promised results.

John’s management style is simple. He evaluates a situation, determines the best possible outcome that can be reached with the least resistance in the shortest period of time, then leads his team to execute a plan tailored to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
Samantha Kampa – Marketing & Communications
Samantha Kampa has several years’ experience in marketing with expertise in the areas of social media, project management and special events. She was previously marketing coordinator for a major real estate company in Nashville and knows the ins and outs of real estate marketing and what it takes to create buzz. A graduate of Belmont University, Samantha brings innovative ideas and enthusiasm to the team.
Sherry Hohimer – Accounting
Sherry Hohimer loves numbers! A bookkeeper with more than 25 years’ experience, Sherry enjoys all things financial and has a passion for detail. She has experience developing systems for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, developing bookkeeping policies and maintaining accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions. A graduate of Massey Business College, Sherry enjoys computerized accounting, generating reports and reconciling total.
